While "technically" right, unless you have the International version you're missing content on it. NA version of the PS2 FFX had a decent amount of missing content (same for FF12) for some odd reason. The PS3/Vita/PS4 remasters fix that though

That wasn't missing content though. Pretty sure that was inline with the original Japanese version. But then they added extra content to the European version to make up for releasing it so late here (and re-released it in Japan with that extra content as well).

NA still missed the awesome Dark Aeon Battles and the Penace Battle and the Sphere Grid customization I wanted

Definite purchase for me... when it goes below $20. Have the Vita version.

You got the international edition? :O

I was always mad that US never got Dark Aeons and other cool end-game stuff, so I jumped at the PS3 version.

I will buy this when it is cheaper. I finished FFX on the PS3, but I have not started X-2 yet. Maybe I'll start X-2 when I buy the PS4 version. If not, I'll just play the PS3 version. I really wish these consoles were backwards compatible.

I really hope they make a HD release of XII since I never finished it on ps2 and would like to play it on the ps4.
...and then maybe a HD release of IX? (I doubt that will happen though)

When it's cheaper. I'm not paying $50 for the remaster of a last gen remaster of a game that's over 10 years old.

This, I like this game, but US$50?

It's the best remaster outside of nintendo's out there, but still not worth getting two versions (especially both on home consoles). I have the ps3 version.

I'll

Yes. I  already pre-ordered 2 copies, and will get the standard edition when it comes out in order to support SE and hopefully get FFXII HD.

I also bought the Collector's, limited and standard editions of the PS3  version as well as the original PS2 version.
