I really do not see it hitting 10 million. If it is at 5 million right now, it will probably hit 7.5 million.

As the install-base grows, the attach rate will drop. So 8 million tops IMO.

MK8 sales are impressive. It sold better or super close to 2014 last year. Looks like 10 million is a piece of cake (unless NX announcement makes Wii U software plummet, but I doubt that will happen)



Bet with bluedawgs: I say Switch will outsell PS4 in 2018, he says PS4 will outsell Switch. He's now permabanned, but the bet will remain in my sig.

8 million sold.

300,000 sold last quarter, which mean is still highly strong, and will end at a minimum of 9 million on Wii U, probabily even 9.5 million.

It can still sell 10 million on Wii U alone. But in anyway, with the Switch version which looks 99.9% confirmed from the last trailer, i would say this prediction is pretty much done.

Could end well over 10 million Switch+Wii U.
