Yeah.... pukes when eating healthy and very nutrient full fish, but is fine eating fake Mexican fast food... something isn't right here.
That's like puking after eating an apple when you are used to big macs all the time. The idea of THAT makes ME want to hurl.

Well I never quite ate that much but I came close when our strength/conditioning coach had us gaining mass. I needed to eat ~5,000 calories a day. Most of the time I exceeded that
