Achievements are more like challenges. Achievements are awesome. Increases your play time. I want it on Nintendo platforms. If you don't like it then just keep ignoring them if they do come to Nintendo systems.

I'm thinking 3DS and Wii U intergration. Why do we have to by Legend of Zelda of Mega Man 2 for NES twice. That should be one purchase imo.

It should also apply to new games such as Shovel Knight.

Catching up won't revolutionalize the industry. I'm really happy about this though.I added a game to my Steam wishlist on PC and got a notification on my phone months later that the game was on sale. The sale only lasted for a day but I was able to buy the game. I need this kind of advantage on Nintendo's platforms. There are 2 Wiis, 3 3DSes and 1 Wii U in my house. Unified accounts will go  long way for people like me.

And I don't care about achievements, I already ignore trophies on my PS3, so if Nintendo adds something similar, unless I can claim rewards with them, I'll ignore them too.

It's pretty awful that Nintendo has tied purchases to consoles, and still hasn't created an account system yet. Nintendo needs to catch up.

Sounds like unified account system to me which would be cool

If done correctly I'm sure Nintendo will make more money from this then XBL and PSN combined
