Forums - Politics Discussion - How should I help my friend who is getting bullied.

I know this might be too personal but its different opinions so I consider that politics kinda.

Anyway you guys know High school.

Popular kids make fun of non popular kids.

Jocks brag about their mucles and cheerleader girlfriends.

Well my friend is getting bullied by some handegg players.

(Sadly my school fits this stereotype)

What should I do or tell him since I personally don't know what to do sadly.

(Won)Bet with TechoHobbit: He(Techno) says 10 million by January 1,2014 I say 9 million by then. Winner gets 2 weeks of sig control.

(Lost)Bet with kinisking: I say Ps4 will win April NPD while he says Xbox One will win it; winner gets 1 week of avatar control.

this sounds like a stereotypical high school scenario

 

just tell them to fuck off or something

What kind of bullying? It sounds like you have his back which is half the battle

Tell your friend to secretly film how he is bullied and then let the bullies get kicked out of school by showing the footage to the principal.

If needed kick 100 idiots out of school. who cares.

There is no one way to go about this, but here is my suggestions.

- Do not get confrontational as they can and will overpower you/gang up on you.
- If this person has any friends, allow them to stick in their own circle as much as possible for solidarity
- Do not feed the bully (don't argue with them, don't validate them). Your best bet is to do nothing and they will loose interest.

What you should do: Tell this person that this shall pass. After high school, university/college is a totally different atmosphere. Best case scenario: you meet new freinds through student clubs and in-class. Worst case scenario: you go to classes and take the bus home when finished.



Xbox: Best hardware, Game Pass best value, best BC, more 1st party genres and multiplayer titles.

Bullying is really lame, there is not much that can be done.

He can tell the principal, he may help, but that may make things worse if the bullies are not corretly handled by him/her as they will choose to bully him more if they can after it.
He can also pick a fight with them, he may end being beated up though, and this days even kids can get a gun so that might be also more dangerous than a simply fight...

I think the right thing is tell someone, maybe his parents so they can take a decision and make sure your friend won't be bullied anymore.

He can also try to talk to them... But that can easily turns horrible if either side is not mature enough to do it (they bully will most likely be not).

Well they are football players

hes rather small and skinny so they believe for some reason they have to tease him and tell him he doesn't deserve to live(that insult was terrible(he almost went suicidal).

Tell you're friend to ignore everything they're saying to him. Like BraLoD said, he can tell the principal but that's not always the right decision. He should definitely tell his parents though. Hope everything works out for your friend!

I think he did

he told me he told the principle but he didn't do anything to make it better.
