4Answer is easily the best in the series. A tweak to the controls and is absolutely amazing. Fun, fast, intense customization.

I loved my energy sword build. Lightest parts with the toughest engine and strongest swords. Makes quick work of most bosses if you master the quick bursts.

5 more or elss tanked and VD suffered the same fate, 4A was the last best Armored Core and I really hope From Software make a new AC based more on what 4A accomplished and a little of 4 while also making it a multiplat title, if it goes exclusive to one system then no buy, I've been without a good AC game for years and pulling an exclusive move will just sever the ties.

I'd also love if they allowed modding, would be kickass to see some Gundam weapons/skins modded in and maybe some Patlabor with Bubblegum Crisis.

Why no buy if it's exclusive?

ACV was badly designed although I liked it, HUD was cluttered, and it was made 2 casual to appeal to a larger audience but its a Niche game.

because From has already stepped outside before, stepping back inside with a franchise that's not had a good game in a while is not a smart move, that and making an AC with the inclusion of PC would end up spawning a new userbase just like what's happening with FF, Nep, MGS etc.

I'd rather a multiplat AC than an exclusive one at this point and 4A was already on 360 last time I checked so going straight back to one platform after this long will just dwindle what you have left.

That too, I mean look at what happened when DS1 hopped on PC, sure it was a bit of a mes but it spawned a fanbase on there and it kept up when DSII came about, the same could happen for AC and at this point AC needs to dip into new and more expansive waters, if they stayed exclusive and hardly anyone noticed or it tanked then it tanks on the one system and then after this long the franchise gets case closed and by far AC is my absolute fave From franchise.

4Answer was (just about) everything I could ever dream of for an Armored Core game, and I was beyond excited for what From Software was going to do next with the series. Then V came out. Fuck you From Software.
