Is... Is this game a joke? What? My faith in humanity.... ooooooooo

Valve needs a Seal of Quality like Nintendo.

You mean like the Meme Run and The Letter seal of quality?

I mean, well this is a whole other level of crap and disgusting kind of crap, but still...

Well, I don't think the Seal of Quality quite exactly means that its a quality game, that's why they've changed it to the Official Nintendo Seal in NTSC regions. But something that sifts through games too see through that people don't have to face discrimination would be nice.

1- Isn't that apparent on any Indie scene(music, film, etc...)?

2- What bullshit MS has pulled you been rambling about? Arcade on X360 was more robust and had more to offer than any other console. MS has been offering Arcade Games since OG Xbox, when PopCap was  an Indie dev. Every Summer since 2008 (stopped in 2013), MS promoted indies through Summer of Arcade.

And when you say Arcade is no better structurally what do you mean by that? I hope you're not talking about MS backing the program.

XBLIG was a marketplace, it wasn't really a scene in and of itself. As such, it falls highly on the entity operating the marketplace to ensure that it is an environment that is condusive a healthy scene. This is the problem with XBLIG and Greenlight. They have an extremely low barrier for entry and virtually no regulations which creates an environment where getting noticed is incredibly difficult due to the waves of shovelware. Neither of them have a good enough store to deal with this (they would significantly need to improve targeted game visibility). The reasons I said XBLIG is worse than greenlight is because the system had less visibility and served as a secondary store, further burying anything good that came out of it.

As for the bullshit, I think I've only explained about 100 times what I mean by that.

Further, I will once again ask you to explain how Xbox arcade is better than PSN or the eShop. All three platform holders advertise indies in some way, so the Summer of Arcade really isn't very special. When I say that Arcade is no better structurally, I mean that the way Arcade is run is not better than the way PSN or the eShop are run and I would like you to validate your statement that MS does it better than anyone else (once again, if that is acually the correct interpretation of your previous comment).

The community greenlight works for the most part. Sure, you'll get a few pieces of crap like this that get greenlit and rapidly reported for breaking whatever terms and conditions the devs need to sign up to, but for the most part the games have a small but significant fanbase or community willing to pay, play and enjoy the game.

I would rather have this system of devs getting their game out to players by interacting with their potential customers than the old school system of platform overlords dictating everything and potentially stopping interesting titles from ever seeing the light of day due to technicalities.

I though lord Gaben knows all

I'm very offended by the amount of games that kill straight people, ban they all since they're all disgusting.

If a game of hate against some demographic is banned but another about utter love for it isn't then that is also prejudice and censorship.

What game have you played where the intent was to kill heterosexual people because they are heterosexual?

Basically all games... if they weren't men, they wouldn't be in war so I wouldn't need to kill them.

Then try it and let us know how it goes

There are shit games on every platform ever made; in fact, the majority of games on any given platform are mediocre to bad, good games are the exception to the rule.
I honestly don't what the fuzz is about, Greenlight is doing a helluva lot better than other solutions to life Indie titles into the market, is spite of some of the turds that wash up on shore.

This game was offensive for no reason and valve has every right to pull it. They probably should have stopped it being on steam in the first place.

Eh, that requires Valve to do work and stuff, so no thanks.
