1- Isn't that apparent on any Indie scene(music, film, etc...)?
2- What bullshit MS has pulled you been rambling about? Arcade on X360 was more robust and had more to offer than any other console. MS has been offering Arcade Games since OG Xbox, when PopCap was an Indie dev. Every Summer since 2008 (stopped in 2013), MS promoted indies through Summer of Arcade.
And when you say Arcade is no better structurally what do you mean by that? I hope you're not talking about MS backing the program.

XBLIG was a marketplace, it wasn't really a scene in and of itself. As such, it falls highly on the entity operating the marketplace to ensure that it is an environment that is condusive a healthy scene. This is the problem with XBLIG and Greenlight. They have an extremely low barrier for entry and virtually no regulations which creates an environment where getting noticed is incredibly difficult due to the waves of shovelware. Neither of them have a good enough store to deal with this (they would significantly need to improve targeted game visibility). The reasons I said XBLIG is worse than greenlight is because the system had less visibility and served as a secondary store, further burying anything good that came out of it.
As for the bullshit, I think I've only explained about 100 times what I mean by that.
Further, I will once again ask you to explain how Xbox arcade is better than PSN or the eShop. All three platform holders advertise indies in some way, so the Summer of Arcade really isn't very special. When I say that Arcade is no better structurally, I mean that the way Arcade is run is not better than the way PSN or the eShop are run and I would like you to validate your statement that MS does it better than anyone else (once again, if that is acually the correct interpretation of your previous comment).
