I personally think they look great. Margot Robbie and Will Smith look awesome as Harley Quinn and Deadshot.

except for Harely Quinn... I have no idea who they supposed to be... Should we care? in Age of Ultron there were too many characters I didn't care for.. hope they'll kill of 4~5 at the beginning

Sure cause DC is helping us: Jay Courtney is wearing the words "Captain" on his jacket = captain Boomerang, Rick Flag has FLAG as a name tag on his body armor and El Diablo is has "Diablo" on his Jacket.. which is just silly.. People are guessing its Slipsknot is on the left cause of all the ropes he has.. that shouldn't be happening
