Looks like Q-Bert on crack.

Here's a crappy C64 game i played a few times way back when that is far more similar.

You needed to colour in a row to win the round.

Looks kind of confusing. Not like Quick Step which looks fun and dynamic. Kinda like Splatoon. ;)

Kinda reminds me of a fun home brew game I just got called Fall Down where you race against an opponent to... Fall down.
