Before getting upset, just know that this is an opinion piece and I welcome all opinions :P  

But yeah, as I was saying this generation has had a few games that just looks outstanding.  This includes Ryse: Son of Rome,  InFamous: Second Son, and of couse the newest addition in The Order 1886.  These three tends to pop up in this conversation the most, but none of these has impacted me the way Ori has.  While i cetainly think Ther Order for example looks amazing, Ori is just breath taking with the entire world's beauty.  Whether it be character design, game design,animations, or the general art style I cant think of a game this generation that i personally think looks better.

This is coming from an art design perspective, but what do you all think is the best looking game this generation?

Nope, I like Schoolmate 2 better. Specially the rounded shapes that bounce a lot

Based on an art design perspective, Bloodborne is the best looking game this gen.

As far as art design goes, it is probably in the top three. Few games have made me just stare at the scenery.

I'm stuck between Ori and Infamous SS, can't choose one.

I personally think Bioshock Infinite is better than both, even though it's last gen. So beautiful :)

Nope. Its a good looking game; a really good one. But not the best.

I thought Alien Isolation was pretty damn impressive

I'd say best art style this gen, which is debatable obviously.

In terms of sheer graphical fidelity, no way.
I'd say Ryse still has that on lock.

One of the best looking games with The Order: 1886, Driveclub, Ryse: Son of Rome, Tearaway and Mario Kart 8.

Of course it is one of the best looking games (I wouldn´t say "the best") this generation . People should be more objective here. The artstyle is miles away from games like Child of light, is even better than Rayman Legends.
