IMO every single game ever.

This.

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Any racing sim. They are slow and tedious to watch, but engaging to play, when you have to think about racing lines, braking, best time to overtake etc

RPG's in general. They relay on the person being heavily invested in the story, characters and overall plot. A person who has no knowledge of these things, in my opinion, would find it pretty boring.

Strategy games as well. Hearthstone is painful to watch (for me) but I love actually playing it.

Pretty much any turn based game.

Don't get why people would want to watch someone else play a game when they could be playing it themselves. Exception for games that aren't yet released though since people might be interested in seeing what it's like. But once is has been released it just seems silly to watch it rather than play yourself.

A lot of people do not like to play games that much but like to watch other people play to see the story etc. My GF is a good example of liking to watch a certain game but not play it. She is not a prime example because she does enjoy playing games as well

yea, kinda the same as pretty much any real racing

it's funny, as I can spent hours just doing time trials and improving my lap times little by little, but I can't stand watching more than 10 minutes of real racing, although I know that those guys actually are super amazing

Ding ding ding

GoW 3 is the opposite for me: fun to watch, not fun to play. Not a hack & slash fan.
