And I mean ASAP. The UK has had plenty, so I think we can leave it where it is for now. But for mainland Europe, Microsoft needs to cut the price to 299 Euro's. Sales figure's don't lie, and the XB1 has sold 3.1 million. Sounds ok, right? Well sure, until you compare that to 8.2 million for the PS4. And another troubling thing I find is that 1/2 of all European sales for the XB1 come from the UK. That compare's to just a 1/4 for the PS4. Anyway its time to start considering expanding the price cuts from just the US and UK to Europe, as its one of the weak markets for XB1 this gen, yet is a massive one. If they can't do this, they may not even sell 15 million lifetime in Europe. Considering I'm expecting the PS4 to do nearly 50 million, its not a good sign.

Won't change anything. You can already get X1 in europe for 299 €, sometimes even cheaper. At least in Germany. The demand just isn't there.

You can alreay get a Xone for 300 euros here, and that's why it will probably be "official" at E3, or a little after (same for sony).

Dropping the price even more won't help, remember the gamecube ? Except Uk, Europe don't really want Xone/prefer ps4, it's already a lost cause.

That would be pointless. Europe is pretty much Sony land. Microsoft would just waste potential profits for no or little gain.

Europe is the primary reason why I don't see xbox one reaching xbox 360 numbers. ps4 is getting back all the marketshare lost last gen. And yes, it desperately needs a price cut.
