Well, you've got Godzilla releasing as a 1080p 60 FPS exclusive, so my money is on that :D

It makes me a sad panda that as awesome as Godzilla is, every game of his I've ever tried is awful. :(

Destroy All Monsters Melee was kind of funny though. I bought it for 15$ with Ikaruga 10 years ago and it was ok (And Ikaruga a masterpiece)

I still don't get why Minecraft is so demanding. What I played (on PC) was essentially a bunch of cubes with PS1 textures.

Mainly because they used java for the core, thats why the console ports perform well, because overall the game is pretty basic but for PC it is cpu bound with virtually no gpu acceleration, if they re-made it in c/c++ with actual gpu hardware acceleration it would run 60fps on pretty much every half decent pc.

Scroll down to the benchmarkings, the higher framerates all being linked to high clockspeed cpus is extremely telling.

Ah, so that's it. Thanks, it always did baffle me.

Mortal Combat is 1080p and rock solid 60fps on ps4.

It's just a cheesy play on words; 60fps is fluid, hence "fluidity". It's kind of a VGChartz thing, to tag games as smartarse references rather than relevant titles. ;)

Yeah I was thinking that after seeing hundreds of threads with unrelated games tagged. But have you played that game? It looks really fun, I just discovered it thanks to your attempt to do a smart joke XD so thanks I guess :P

I played a demo on Wii; not my cup of tea, but I can see its appeal. There's a 3DS sequel I believe, and a Wii U game in a similar vein called Puddle.

Oh it´s like fluidity but looks like a more elegant experience, is beautiful, and it runs at 1080p 60fps. I´m going to give it a try, maybe to both. Puddle looks better but for some reason fluidity has great reviews and a 86 on meta. I´m intrigued to know if it deserves it.
