Maybe polyphony, but until my official GT wheel works with PS4 im not really excited about any racing game on PS4.

Its leaked, it was never announced.  


A leak is an announcment... It's still being made public which means it's an annoucement.

A leak is information that got out without the company wanting it to, an announcement is information about a product made by the company.

 

I'm not sure if this is about Guerrilla's new IP or something else, but if you're referring to the concept art that got leaked and details from insiders like Shinobi602, it's not officially been revealed by Sony as a company, unless Shinobi works for Sony and he's revealing information for them.

Until stated otherwise said leak is a leak, not an official announcement by Sony.

Your completely ignoring everything else that seperates them and only focusing on the one thing of making the information public.  That's like someone saying migits and children are the same because they are short and completely ignoring everything else.

Posting a leak online or a place where others can see it is announcing that leak. There is a difference between an official/formal announcement as opposed to just announcing something. Guerilla announced that they are making a game, but there has been no announcement made as to the title or what the game is even about. People can guess though. But that then makes the game announced just not all the specifics about it.

Nothing is announced, though. Guerilla never made a declaration or notification about Horizon. That was leaked by someone else without Sony's permission. Leak =/= Announcement
