This thread was was not that good xD I love the star wars prequels, and i know many people do too, the prequel haters are the old star wars fans that are blindfolded. The campaign was fun. It was not just tacked on. It was missions and had some cool things. Like the mustafar or the destruction of the clone for the new empire. or the mission in the death star. AT-AT should be drivable. I know they are slow but they are so heavily armoured and powerful its a trade-off. SPACE BATTLES were awsome. They could have made space to ground battles. BUT NO. That idea is soo cool. The only thing that intrigues me from the new battlefront are the graphics wich i personally idc for graphics at all, and the new maps with cool features and vehicles, and im just a huge battlefront fan but this feels ehh :/

Hahaha I dare you to really think about the prequel's characters and plot points.  You will realize just how broken those movies were.  Then again if you are 12 I liked them at that age too.

lol xD here we go again. I always loved all the star wars movies, when i was young i enjoyed those movies, i watch all 6 every year, and prequels are still amazing as they were first time watching them, actually now that i watch them again i understand more with the politics than when i did when i was younger, and plot holes and the characters? WHAT! pls explain what plot holes and characters were bad. For me everything was fine. ALso dont mention the CGI thing. I really dont wanna discuss that. Because idc at all about that

I will wait for reviews. If it sucks I can rent it and therefore have no reason to complain. Most DLC comes out after I already lost interest in a game, so having a lot of dlc does not affect me much. As usual I will take a wait and see laid back approach to videogame drama. This world just keeps on spinning.

Why would you want to rent a game that sucks?

Less options is always a bad thing when it comes to gaming. Period.

Not if you care about quality. Otherwise Mario Party is the best game ever made, all those different minigames!!!

Not saying its right to be missing the content it is but that statement is flawed

I should have said average game. For one, I liked SW: BF 1 and 2 a lot. Usually if I really like a game then it is very likely   I willl like a sequal. Plus, I do not think it will suck. This is just typical internet speculation and complaining, sweating the small stuff.

No space battles because "the ones in the last game were half-assed" is a sorry excuse. Why not just make better ones?

Ok, but when do you want to see the game released? :)

Fair enough.

For the record, I don't think the game will be shit. DICE is very experienced at making shooters, so I'm sure the game will be enjoyable to play. It simply lacks the things I want most from a Battlefront game, so I'm not interested in this.

It's almost like they didn't confirm more than 8 maps or something. Jesus Christ, let's hear what's actually in the game before we all piss and moan about every little choice that EA/DICE made.

OT: I absolutely love how people have suddenly flipped on the prequels. Before they were terrible and never to be acknowledged, but as soon as people have a reason to whine about EA, removing the prequels is a cardinal sin. It's damned if you do/damned if you don't right now. For once I'm glad that the core audience is just a very vocal minority; the masses don't need to hear this crap until we know the game is good or not.

You should check out my YouTube channel, The Golden Bolt!  I review all types of video games, both classic and modern, and I also give short flyover reviews of the free games each month on PlayStation Plus to tell you if they're worth downloading.  After all, the games may be free, but your time is valuable!
