I don't have a Wii U nor have I played said games on Wii U (I played ME3 and Deus Ex on PC and MHTri on Wii.) I will say with a level of confidence that MH3U would probably be my favorite of the three.

Ok, I stop now, I would say Mass Effect 3 maybe... I love the first 2 but the 3 has a crappy ending and the game is more of the same so... don´t know. Deus Ex is kind of boring to me. Monster Hunter 3 is good, except for the graphics...I guess MH3 wins to me here.

Haven't played a Monster Hunter before, so I'm gonna say Deus Ex: Human Revolution.
