I was gonna say Mario Kart 8 because it has 60fps. But then I realised you were talking about shooters.

Isn't Mario Kart 8 59.5fps? :p (there s a duplicate frame every 2 seconds)

On topic, for me Zombi U is my favourite game from a first person perspective with elements of shooting.  I really like the atmosphere the game has.

Deus Ex is a good FPS and Action RPG.

I can only think of 3 true FPS games on Wii U....Black ops 2, Ghosts and Bond Legends. Black ops wins by a country mile, Ghosts was ok and Bond was kinda fun in a cheesy way, but largely mediocre. Here's hoping Black ops 3 is incoming.

I also voted for Ghosts, ZombiU is not really a FPS, same thing with Deus Ex, BOps 2 was nice but I liked the plot and phasing of Ghosts a lot more.
