I now actually have people to play games with. Don't know if that's an achievement or just sad that I didn't have anyone to begin with...

Were you at least successful in making them realise they were wrong?

Bet Shiken that COD would outsell Battlefield in 2018. http://gamrconnect.vgchartz.com/post.php?id=8749702

I wasn't wrong.

Legend11 correctly predicted that GTA IV (360+PS3) would outsell SSBB. I was wrong.

A Biased Review Reloaded / Open Your Eyes / Switch Gamers Club

It's taught me how to just keep my mouth shut even when I have an opinion, or else someone's just going to give me crap for it. Basically my comment filter has improved greatly and I've learned a lot about what I want from the internet and what I can expect from other people. So I guess that's a good thing.

I use this site to get training in writing english. I also use it to try to be less shy. Sometimes I write long posts that I delete because they are not comprehensive enough.

I used to do that a lot, although I mainly deleted them because I felt the post I'd written would add little. Which is a bit silly really, given the average quality of posts on gaming forums is... well, no quality whatsoever.

But anyway, yeah, I think it's pretty common to write out full posts only to end up deleting them before hitting submit. You should consider hitting submit instead of deleting them some of the time :)

Made Internet friends, and made some threads(which somehow got some users moderated :-/)

Proud to be a Californian.

Let me see...

I was banned once;

I managed to upset some people over the years but i made a few friends that i can talk too and have always been nice and kind to me;

In terms of threads, only made a few. The one i remember was about contemplating the chance of DQ X being ported to Wii U... got that one right!

Also predicted that Donkey Kong Country Returns would sell about 2M on Wii. Got a few laughs from people! :D
Should have saved that prediction for Tropical Freeze, instead!

I contributed a lot to a lewd anime thread.

.- -... -.-. -..

I got some friends and get to know people who share similar tastes with me.
For the first time I feel nice posting on a foreign forum and feel like my english got more polished because of posting and reading so much stuff here, even as it's not in the level I want it to be.

Oh, and I made some people interested on LoD, still haven't made someone play it for,the first time and love it, but that will happen in the right time xD

I've definitely done the same in the past. In fact I used to be really shy my first few months here so I would barely post at all if ever.
