It's really weird on how people missed this, I don't think any topic was made. Or maybe I missed it.

So Kagari is a known insider on NeoGAF, mostly Square Enix information. She's also a mod and she wouldn't be going around spreading false rumors. Also something recent she was right about was the Star Wars Battlefront market exclusivity for Sony.

She said that Square Enix planned to release RoTR in Spring 2016 on PS4.

There is also something else, I remember seeing someone on NeoGAF with the tag "ROTR: 6 mo exlcusive" and the thing about tags is that only mods can give you tags so there has to be some truth to it.

So it seems like RoTR will release on PS4 in Spring, around the same time as Uncharted 4. If this is true do you think Square Enix would increase the exclusivity period? MS gives them more money for a longer period and it sort of works out for them both.

If it's really only 6 months.. then ugh, no comment MS.

If they are unlucky...tell the people: "no interest 2016"", because 2016 coming many big games.

For me personally: I hope for a 1080p version with extra content for ps4. but after uncharted 4, its not good for the publisher - i think.

This has always been known to be a timed exclusive. The developers at Crystal even hinted it blatantly in their Q&A.

Spring 2016 would be absolutely idiotic, putting it up against Uncharted 4. It will be steamrolled.

If true, I think it would be a good idea if the PS4 version is not released close to Uncharted 4. If, for instance, Uncharted 4 comes out in March, then ROTR should come out in June.

Well the thing is Uncharted 4 was suppose to release in 2015, that is why they did Spring 2016.
