Don't care for Star Wars, so this game was scraping the bottom of my wishlist already. Now it's deleted completely, I have no interest in multiplayer-only games.

My thoughts exactly.  Campaigns in the original 2 Battlefronts were completely forgettable anyway (and in the two PSP spin-offs that I played).

Galactic Conquest, however, I played for days and will continue to play for days if it's included.

Wow the PSBlog and PlayStation Youtube channel already have Star Wars advertising.

And I'm already seeing Battlefront ads with the PS4 logo, holy crap Sony is going strong with these.

I don't know about you guys but I thoroughly enjoyed the campaign mod in SWBF2. The story was amazing comprising of the 501st and I enjoyed taking part in the jedi purge :P

Even though they used the same maps at least there was story and emotion from the characters and you knew you had a purpose. People may not agree but I am a severe star wars fan ahah.

I honestly find no space battles the more stupid choice or deal breaker. That mode held together SWBF2 after land battles got stale IMO, and changed the nature of the game.

If there is no galactic conquest I am definitely not buying this game. They basically took the parts that I for one enjoyed from the previous game and canned them

Split screen being confirmed is big! but can you play split screen on regular maps? Is there an offline mode with bots?

Split Screen online is now my next question lol. Honestly I don't mind them skipping out on some features because this is a whole new gen and I'll rather play a compact but fufilling game this fall and then get a new one in 2017, then wait to fall 2016 for full space battles+full campaign etc. Splitscreen however should be the norm in these kind of games, surely its just a case of downgrading graphics?

I'd happily accept a sub 720p split screen multiplayer experience, with aliasing artefacts everywhere and a terrible draw distance lol

As long as it has conquest, I'm good on the single player side of it. I'll have to see more stuff on this game if I'll buy it or not.

Apparently, It is said that there are no classes now, just the normal progression seen in COD. Also I think I heard that vehicles work like kill streaks now, which explains why we saw bombers in that trailer, despite the confirmation of no space combat etc
