Their hardware sales seem to be rising as well which is good, but the Wii U is still way off from being even considered having great sales. Software wise there are a few surprises like Mario Party 10 which has depressingly done a better job than Donkey Kong Country: Tropical Freeze lol. I definitely know which one is the better game out of the two. Smash, Mario Kart and Zelda doesn't surprise me at all. Hardware sales might not be their best, but software sales prove that they've still got it. Imagine if the Wii U did sell well!

Who was buying MP10, the casuals? I thought everyone on here hated it?

Massive 3rd party bombs. There is no other way to put it, B3 is a dream that will not come true. Pretty much every one of these is overtracked on VGC and even before the overtracking they had abysmal sales :|

While Mario Party 10 and Kirby are selling better than you'd imagine, I think the sales of Bayonetta 2 and ZombiU are more interesting. I realize this is just one market (the US), but these sales are not good. Both are really overtracked by vgchartz, unfortunately.

I just don't understand why people aren't buying Bayonetta. That game is spectacularly good.

It's just not a mainstream game. The first didn't set the charts on fire even on the massive combined install base of PS3 and 360.

I'm not sure but I think that bayonetta 2 is outpacing bayonetta of 1 of xbox360 and ps3(individually)...F@ck,we cannot see old threads on gaf if we aren't members,so I cannot check that!:P

Yeah 3rd party games on Wii U...... just dont seem to sell.
If I was a developer Id be aiming for the PS4 & Xbox1, as well.

Since the two consols are much alike, its easy to develop for the least powerfull of the 2, have that run at 900p, and then make the PS4 version 1080p... and your looking at a (21,2+12 million) user base compaired to the Wii U's 9.4million.

or pricecut? or mk/smash bundle? or a colorfull splatoon bundle? or mk10+3 amiibos bundle? or pricecut?   they have to do something thats for sure.
