I highly doubt that since it was revealed it had sold through over a million and we know that 200k of those sales are from Japan. So that leaves 800k to North America, Europe and ROW. 220-270k FW is probably more reasonable.

Wrong!! the preorders for the US are 200k + 150k @Lauchn day in Japan

Oh, you were talking about worldwide? Nevermind then. I thought you were saying 400k in US only since the pre-order chart is only for US.

Oh my, Bloodborne's pre orders look promising. I bet I can reach like 1 million globally in its first 2 weeks?
Who knows, the future will tell right? Oh wait...
