They all look amazing. Nintendo really outdid themselves. I love Big Blue's theme and the stage. I even put it on my phone, it's just so amazing! Ribbon Road gave me Toy Story chills, I just love Nintendo. The best thing about this is that they'll have more new stages for the next ones to put in the retro courses. Really smart move.

...I don't think any of these stages are going to be in need of a touch-up any time soon.

You know, I really get the feeling from this Mario Kart that the developers went into it thinking it would be the last one. Of course that's not possible. It just reminds me of Fire Emblem Awakening, how the devs just crammed everything they could into it and tried to make it the absolute biggest and best Fire Emblem to date. And that's what Mario Kart 8 looks like. The effort really shows. I can't believe how much work they put into these tracks.

They're all pretty great, can't decide my favorite between Ribbon Road, Wild Woods, and of course Big Blue!

Big Blue and Ribbon Road look amazing.

Looking forward to both tracks!

"Just for comparison Uncharted 4 was 20x bigger than Splatoon 2. This shows the huge difference between Sony's first-party games and Nintendo's first-party games."

Nah, otherwise we'd atleast have battle arenas and more original characters.

Characters are the least relevant part of Mario Kart, as they are purely an aesthetic cloak wrapped around one of nine weight classes. Even considering that, Mario Kart 8 has by far the largest and most diverse playable character lineup in the history of the series.

The battle mode is a letdown, but I think they can be forgiven that much since the game has twice as many tracks as usual and outstanding production value.

Dat' music. listened to the new F-zero track music for like 30min straight at work today :)

I know right? It's ear candy, and I can't get enough of it. I'd pay good money for an F-Zero album done by this live band. They look like they're having one hell of a time too.

I'm with Ultrashroomz: Ribbon Road and Big blue look amazing!
I want the DLC just for those tracks. :D
Koopa City looks great too. I didn't play the MK 7, so it will be a good track for me.

I look at some tracks and i can't help thinking how Nintendo is going to top that next gen...

I voted for Ribbon Road. It looks incredible. The thing that blows my mind is that all of this is being played on a system that costs less to run than the OG Wii. I'm starting to think that Nintendo is made of Wizards and I'm spellbound.

Point is they didn't put their all into it,
