PS3 looks the best, plain and simple is always better.

JK, that PC shot looks crazy amazing! Makes me want to get it on PC but my rig could only run it on low setting most likely.

To be fair, most people playing on PC do not have a computer that makees the game look that good.

I would assume that most people playing GTA V on the PC has a PC can play it that good or close to being that good or else they would have played it on the ps4/x1/ps3/360 instead since it has been out on those platforms for a very long time. And you don't really need a zomfg $1200+ computer to play it on that graphical level at 1080p/60fps because it is very well optimized. If you are going 4k or 1440p, then sure

Different time of day makes the PS3/PS4 version looks like trash, but way more details in the distance, foliage and far better textures.

Neh, considering how great it looks and how patient PC gamers are, I would say it is worth it! Its not like the console gamers aren't used to something like that either everytime a company says blah is timed exclusive to blah platform

Yeah, but I am saying for every game, there is a range on the quality of visuals for the vast amounts of people playing any game. The top graphics level only represents what some people have. So bragging about it like the image represents every PC gamer is rather foolish.
