The week of Mar. 30th - April 5th didn't have a YW either. So, will YW appear here before YW3 or Busters?

Yeah,they draw a different picture but I think the top 3 or 5 is the same or with little reclassifications!
Has it ever happen Japan lord the 1st on tsutaya to not be first on the trackers?

Read what I said. 0 weeks for the trackers. It doesn't matter if Tsutaya have the game in the Top 20 or not, because it will be there for the trackers. The game hasn't left the top 20 yet in Japan.

Sometimes I prefer to let people live on their fantasy world for a while.
Two weeks ago Tsutaya had One Piece 3 on the first spot, when the truth is that Bloodborne and Sword Art Online (Vita) sold 50k and 40k units more respectively.
That's why I said before that most of the OP sales might come from Tsutaya, since MC and Famitsu have the game so much lower.

No big suprise to see dark souls 2 ps4 only on the 10th place, the pre-order numbers weren't that great
