Could be true, but we really don't know what the system can do except compare it to something as big as XC. Remember this is what Nintendo is using to expand the 3DS life by at least a couple of more years.

I wonder how that Call of Duty N3DS is rumoring about :)

Even the New 3DS runs at 240p though; this footage is well above that.

If it doesn't use 3D they could use the extra pixel density to have an 800 x 240 image, which could maintain the same aspect ratio because the pixels are rectangular (not square.) Don't think they would do that though. It's probably running on a devkit right now at a higher resolution and will probably look worse on the actual 3DS.

CoD N3DS? Are you sure? Is for Wii U (I think)

We don't know how it will roll when it gets localized. US might not even get it, but it's rumored to release in Europe this year.

I don't see why they would make it any different from the Japanese version. That would be cutting out a big audience who would be perfectly happy playing offline. It is quite possible that the game will get a patch and work better.

But if it runs poorly on the Old3DS and Enix realized it made a mistake to let it loose with technical errors, it seems they should make it exclusive for N3DS. A patch would do nicely, but by the time it comes out, maybe not until next year in the US, it seems we might in fact have more N3DS dedicated users given the potential the system has to create bigger and btter games. Still, I can't think of any games announced exclusively for the N3DS anyway.

There was a thread about it earlier on VGchartz, although I believe it will just be for Wii U as well. However, there are other groups who think that because of the N3DS specs, there could be CoD potential. I'm still just betting on the Wii U version as of now.

3ds still has plenty of life in it. I'd bet this will be exclusive to New 3DS

Yeah I can't see the final graphics looking like this, looks more like a PS3/360 title than a 3DS one.

Only as far as resolution/image quality goes. Otherwise it isn't any more impressive than XBC, Okami, or Dragon Quest VIII. Although it would be neat if they plan a Wii U version too. :)

the trailer says "3DS", maybe exclusive features

Why would you ride Rathalos? Why would anyone do anything with a Rathalos that didn't involve spearing it through the heart and then leaving his carcass to rot in front of his Rathian-wife and her babies?

Monster Hunter: pissing me off since 2010.

Not a high budget PS3/360 game of course, but the image quality here looks HD, which we're clearly not getting from a 240p screen.

It's not just graphics though, I want to see how the game actually plays.
