Xenoblade Chronicles X on PC

Nope. The Wii U needs all the exclusive content it can get to make the console more desirable overall. Xenoblade Chronicle X is a title that has the potential of selling consoles to those still on the fence. It won't move millions, but this is a title that, added with all the others already out and the ones coming down the line, will help move consoles.

Putting titles like that on PC, which will never happen anyway, would basically kill the very purpose for Nintendo to have exclusive content on the Wii U.

A lot of things should be on other systems. Everyone voting no pretty much outed himself as a fanboy who hates other people having more games. Shouldn't we be all FOR things that benefit the consumer?

@Bold: Not really.  It doesn't quite make sense to ask a question like that seriously.  This is basically just like asking for every game to be on one system and having the perfect system.  It wont happen, it will never happen, but it's what would be best for the consumer.  People who voted no are also likely thinking that it's unrealistic and also a pointlessly offensive question to ask.

Actually it asks for every game to be on every system. But I get your point.

Some people may vote no because it's unrealistic but the general consensus in the thread is "But it would hurt Wii U sales". Which shouldn't really be a main concern for the consumer. It's not them who are missing out when a game becomes multiplat.

No thanks... I want to have memorable games on my wiiU since I paid for the console to play these games and since Nintendo owns the devs/IP, it will never be on a Non-Nintendo platform

I didn't buy a wiiU so I could play these games on a different platform... I bought it because it has games that aren't avaliable on any other platform

So you felt forced to buy a Wii U just so you can play the games? I always thought you liked the console.

I do like the console but I wouldn't have bought it if it didn't have exclusive games.... Same for the ps4/x1 too. Why bother paying extra money for significantly weaker consoles if PC got every game anyway?

PC Specs: CPU: 7800X3D || GPU: Strix 4090 || RAM: 32GB DDR5 6000 || Main SSD: WD 2TB SN850

I'm not expecting Uncharted games on PC and I'm not expecting Nintendo games on PC. Besides PC has enough games as it is.

We already do. Its called The Witcher 3 :P

Xenoblade Chronicles X and The Witcher 3 have nothing in common except they're both open world RPGs.

Trying to bring this up again?

dumb thread, almost seems like clickbait that works. people who don't display an understanding of the concepts of designing a game for a system, exclusives, marketing, 1st-parties, etc. but still make topics or replies like this kinda bother me. don't bother discussing video games if you aren't knowledgeable enough about them, or something...

Nintendo need to advertise this game on TV outside cartoon network and nickolodean

Nintendo's games DO sell for decades. These games will be a part of Nintendo's future Virtual Console catalogue. They'll never go out of style.

How is this any different from other publishers with digital platforms?

Ugh. I'll just echo what others have said. It's first party and hence it will not go to PC.

More importantly however, it does not need to go to PC

Here lies the dearly departed Nintendomination Thread.
