Majority of the people in the world do not know Taylor Swift. Her albums are mainly bought in the USA. If you look up the sales chart you can see that 80% of her records are bought in the USA. I live in Europe and I did heard her first time less than year ago. Her albums do not get even top 10 charts in continental Europe. Her first record was not even released in Germany which is the largest country in EU. Taylor Swift music is mainly country and pop. Country music cannot be heard anywhere else than in the Usa.
