I had to sell off my original Xbox 360 at launch (20GB) for a black Xbox (250GB) because it became impossible to manage the storage by 2012 where digital content became more and more relevant. Other than that, only other time I had to manage content was with my PS Vita. I have a 32GB and I'm still struggling trying to fit every game I want to play in.

No and I do it out of principle. These aren't PCs. They're not SUPPOSE to be like PCs. These are consoles. They're suppose to be plug and play. When you buy a launch console, it should work from day one until the next system comes out. It's how the industry was from the Atari 2600 all the way until the PS2. Then, all of a sudden, games start launching that REQUIRE shit that you or I don't even own (bigger HDD etc.) and people just take it.

We'll, I'm not. I'll rock my 500GB PS4 until the PS5 comes out. Same with Wii-U. I won't buy digital and keep all my games on disk. When the storage fills up? I'll just delete an old install that I haven't played in a year.

Done and done.

I have a 2GB SD card for my Wii. (Mostly for Project M)

Got the PS3 Slim with 120GB, later upgraded to 500GB. (Haven't even used 200GB yet)

Vita came with an 8GB card, upgraded to a 32GB card last year (That 32GB card cost the same as the 500GB hard drive!).

That's about it. My Wii U will probably need an external drive soon, and my PS4 has already taken up 300GB of the 400 available.

I upgraded my PS3 in 2008 with 250 GB. That was massive back then! Got 1 TB in 2013.

Still rolling with 500 GB on my PS4, but I already can't fit all my games on the HDD. I want to Upgrade, but the biggest 2.5 inch drives seem to be 2 TB. That's not enough if you ask me. I'm waiting for 4 TB Drives, they are bound to come out sometime.

Official member of VGC's Nintendo family, approved by the one and only RolStoppable. I feel honored.

For future reference, its called storage not memory.

I upgraded my memory on the N64 to 8gb when i found the expansion pack. When i got my ps3 super slim i had also a harddrive lying around so i had to buy this mounting bracket to put in there.
Thats all the hardware upgrades i did when it comes to consoles

Installed a 2TB HDD in my PS4, and installed a 500gb in my PS3 years ago.

lol I got excited when I saw you Subject line. I thought you had discovered a way to upgrade RAM.

psn- tokila

add me, the more the merrier.

Just my WiiU, 8gb model... can't even fit MK dlc on the thing. Only have the stuff that was put on by default and still had to delete some random crap nintendo downloaded to my system to fit the first dlc pack on. Completely full....

I only had to upgrade my regular 3DS to 16gb. I still need to transfer the files though lol. I don't have a computer that has 2 SD card slots in them.
