Congrats Trucks! Been looking forward to this for a while. I am glad to have the opportunity to put my work out there for you guys to enjoy, and the same applies for the other writers too. This is a good move for a more united VGC and shows that the site is ever changing to help accommodate what is best for its users.

Speaking of...Database anyone?

Score rarely feat what it's written in the review so scroreless review are better in addition to that it's difficult to give a score to a game it's not like an exam were each question have a precise number of points and review can think that gameplay it's the most important so he will give a lower score if he don't like the gameplay or he thing graphics are very important so he will give a lower score just because the game have bad graphics despite having good gameplay and story

I also want to give a shout out to KyleeStrutt when it comes to finding users interested in turning our data into interesting analyst pieces. She's already created some great threads about sales data. :)

Agreed. Since the announcement that VGC could be recruiting more sales writers I've thought Kylee would be the best choice, he's done plenty of brilliant sales threads over the last few months.

She*:P

For real?I'm interested!:P :P:P:P:P:P:P

Scoreless reviews are the way to go. Pros and cons is more than enough when judging a game. Numerical sores are overrated.

I give this comment an 8.5 out of another number! see.... what is that 1.5 it didn't get? was it some game breaking bug?, was it that the comment was amazing but only takes 20 seconds to finish? or was it the reviewer thinking that girl he passed on the way into work this morning was an 8.5 and he wanted to write it down somewhere so he would remember to look her up on facebook later!!

I would love to read some reviews on here if they're done right, just be ready for upset people!

Awesome that the articles are coming together on the one site tho, really makes the site here feel a whole lot more complete. *fedora tipping intensifies*

Glad to see the merger finally happening

Although I've got to say I do disagree with the scoreless reviews.

What's wrong with scoreless reviews? A fair few sites seem to be starting it now and if you give a score, people won't care about the actual content which can be misleading and cause all sorts of issues (As may be seen in the comments).

It is a change and it is a bit different, but...I feel like it's a good one.

Great work guys.

And I congratulate you for ditching review scores.

Please excuse my bad English.

A good step forward. Nice work, guys. Especially on the scoreless reviews. Finally, a game won't be tied to a score many will disagree with.
