Probably any protagonist from a Dynasty Warriors game. From a game I played probably Nick Ramos, I've killed over 30,000 zombies in DR3.

I don't believe sargeras has directly been in a game yet, but archimonde/kil'jaedan must have some damn bloody hands... And medivh is responsible for an absurd number of deaths via his actions.
Samus has destroyed planet Zebes, Dark Aether, Phaaze (a sentient planet) and SR388, exterminated the Metroid population and the X-parasites.
Her kill count is easily in the billions.
Kratos. He's faced gods and armies. He's literally a one man wrecking crew.
*spoilers* Commander Shepard. Blows up mass relays, kills every synthetic lifeform in the galaxy, and basically dooms half of galactic civilization. That's not even mentioning the Batarians.
