Well about 4 hours ago. Man oh man the level defiled Chalice (1/2 hp the entire dungeon) was a bear. I think I must have died on the 3rd boss 20 times (and gave me a great sense of accomplishment when I took her out). The final chalice felt easy after that one. Usually when I plat a game I move on to a new one. Not with BB. I spent 3 hours since then on my 3rd char.

This is my 1st souls game ever. It was very hard until I figured out how to play it. Load times become only a minor annoyance (or a bathroom break) once you figure out how to not die alot, it also helps that the later zones have much lower load times in general (Central Yarnem is like 40s while most of the mid-late game locations and chalices are around 20)

This is probably the Platinum I am most proud of, I think it passed DA:I (that one took 20 hours longer too).

Beat the game on NG and NG+ on 1 char and NG on the other to get all endings.

Who else here has gotten the Plat for BB or is close. If you have any questions its all pretty fresh on my mind.

I found a +19.5% attack blood gem in a chalice has anyone found a higher one?

I have Platinum in Dark Souls 1 / 2 and will get it also in Bloodborne when I buy my PS4.

I'm 20 hours in and I'm not even halfway through the game. I'm exploring the shit out of Yarnham. But I don't think I'll even be close to platinum the game :P

The platinum is not to crazy. The hardest thing they ask you to do is beat the depth 5 chalice (which means beating the depth 4 defiled chalice..)

I would recommend level 130+ with at least 60 vit (so you dont get one shot) before trying that.

How the hell are you people platinum the game already?! I just took out the gatling gun hunter (which was a pain in the dick) and I got the game on day one.

Congrats it's a game I may not be capable of platinuming, but I'll wait until I play it before I know whether I can.

Speaking of dragon age, I am highly pissed at that game because after killing all the dragons it didn't trigger the corresponding trophy. So I've put that platinum on hiatus.
