"Total shipments for all three versions of Yo-Kai Watch 2 (Ganso, Honke, and Shinuchi) have topped six million, publisher and developer Level-5 announced.

The number includes both retail shipments and download sales.

Yo-Kai Watch 2: Ganso and Honke launched for 3DS in Japan last July. Yo-Kai Watch 2: Shinuchi followed in December.

Last week, Level-5 announced that total sales across the series topped seven million. This coming Tuesday, April 7, Level-5 will host its annual Level-5 Vision press conference (which will be live streamed), where it’s planning to announce its latest Yo-Kai Watch developments, including Yo-Kai Watch 3.

Massive. Congrats, Level 5!

Maybe 10 million for the whole franchise by the end of the year?

Holy... Crap.....

This franchise is going to sell 10 millions in three years , and we don't have a western release date? They said this year, but I haven't heard anything else since then.

And those are just the games. There's the manga and the anime that are really popular and there's the movie that grossed over $65 million and there's all the merchandise. It's so huge and I think Level-5 understands that they need to approach the western market very carefully because if they do things right this could be the next Pokémon in the west.

I dunno, but i predict that Yokay Watch 3 will sell or at least ship 10,000,000 worldwide. (if will localized)

They need to get these out in the west soon, could potentially give the 3ds a huge boost.
