Next Pokemon "N3DS" Exclusive? Hell No!!! Wait, an Idea? How About... A Win/Win Situation?

Hear me out, but first there were many debates with will there be anymore N3DS exclusive games. As of now we only have 1, a game thats a port of a wii game. Which isnt really all that bad.

Now, obviously many would be dissapointed if we get a N3DS exclusive of a brand new game. Because N3DS isnt for everyone. There is even talk of a "Pokemon N3DS Exclusive" being a possibility, but obviously that would screw over both Nintendo and its 50mil user fanbase (original 3ds consumers).

But then i thought, the next entry of the franchise is either XY2/Z or Gen 7. Of course its going to be more likely the former. With a Pair of games like Gen's 5 BW2.

So why not make lets say X2 N3DS exclusive and Y2 regular release? That way if nobody wants to upgrade (N3DS) then can still enjoy the game with Y2 and it wouldn't lose a ton of potential sales if it were only N3DS exclusive.

It gives us the choice of getting a slightly better upgraded version of a game that do have N3DS and it gives Nintendo an automatic system seller with the couple thousands that would upgrade solely due to pokemon!!!

They done a similar situation before...

Of course i dont know what the N3DS exclusive pokemon game would do differently but lets just say...

~More Stable Framerate

~Amiibo Compatibility (though that thing is coming for regular 3ds)

~3D Camera Mode?

~Something something something?

Btw, for anyone thinking it'll be 1 version, Its heavily hinted at 2 because of the pokemon Z, Zyguarde (srry for misspelling).
It will have 2 mega evolutions/forms, obviously one exclusive to each version!

I don't think Game Freak would release a new game this late into the generation... Yes, I know B/W exists, but they've just released ORAS and they still have to put Pokémon Z out, and it'll be for all systems. I believe we'll see Gen 7 as a launch title for NX. No 3DS at all for this.

I wouldn't mind seeing a New 3DS exclusive Pokemon...
It would certainly boost sales

Also my second post says that its heavily hinted will get 2 versions for Pokemon Z :)

So like GBA and DS Mystery Dungeon Red and Blue... Sure why not, Nintendo need to do more to sell New 3DS really.

But you won't be able to sell it to the 50+M 3DS users out there

And since Pokemon is such a big game, there will actually be a lot of rage for this game not making to the standard handheld.

But thats What X2 is for.

X2: 3DS Title

Y2: N3DS exclusive

I understand what your trying to get at... but I don't think it would really work.

If one version was exclusive to the n3DS while the other isn't, this won't really push sales.. You can just play one version (which is, honestly, basically the same) without having to buy a new console.

And for those that always get both versions, then there will be an uproar for why one game is 'exclusive' :/
