PS4 was out of stock for a bit, and X1 has some deals that're helping sales.  PS4 bundle is picking back up though.

Yes it did, it most likely is the most overshiped bundle ever. Suposed to be a 2 month limited offer and lasted for 7. MS just had to inflate thouse shiped numbers to derail all the doom talk.

I can see that clearly, but doesn't that carry a notable risk for the next quarter? The channel will be stuffed to breaking looking at the sales of X1 the past few months. If anything, the 1.6M combined shipped (~1.2M X1?) they announced will more than offset any sales during that same time period, so that huge overshipment previous will still have the channels stuffed to the gills. So next quarter announcment for MS may be even worse.

They will then just say that console sales decline over this Q/, compared to last year where the sales where below wii u, its not going to be as bad compared to sonys great last year as we see the slow months finally affect it.

Sony was selling all supply, now they will ship a lot less but still sell ok, but in comparison to last year it will look bad, a big negative percentage/

While MS was selling horrible during this time last year, where they to ship the same will look like its doing flat YoY and they can use that Percentage to spin. Even if they sell a little worse, wich I belive they will, in comparison to last year the drop will not look as bad.

It will all be well disguised by them. they will throw that percentage in peoples faces to say we are showing improovement over last year in comparison to the competition or somoething like that, while in rreality they are still getting out sold over 2:1.

PS4 is back on the rise, about time Amazon changed the link(but seriously how is the restock taking this long?)

and shame on the consumers for being too lazy/stupid to realize the Bundle they're offering now has been up for awhile now!!!
