Forums - Nintendo Discussion - Nintendo games release dates disaster

The only thing that's actually an issue is Zelda being pushed back.

Around the Network

I need to update this:

Well done, Nintendo. Another nail in Wii U coffin.

How about Mario Vs Donkey Kong? Project Giant Robot is STILL stated for a "first half" release.

Only Zelda won't be released this year, all the other games listed AND more will, ignore the release windows given a year prior, and enjoy glitch/bug-free experiences at launch.

It's a cheap garbage, no one care about it.

Funny, Project Giant Robot still listed for the first half of 2015 in EU and NA. Fatal Frame, XenoX and Devil's Third still 2015 (zero info about month or quarter though). Only Zelda U listed as "TBD" in all three regions. Why they not put "2016" here?

That US Wii U release schedule is truly a thing to behold. Of the 11 games on that list, only four of them have official titles, and only two of those even have release windows. Exactly one game on that entire list has both a name and a release date.

I don't know that I could come up with a better microcosm of Nintendo this generation than that...

Again, this is why Nintendo needs to fully unify their handheld & console next generation. When combining Wii U+3DS Nintendo-published titles, the lineup looks like this (North American release dates).

February 13-The Legend of Zelda: Majora's Mask 3D

February 18-Pokemon Shuffle

February 20-Kirby and the Rainbow Curse

March 5-Mario vs. Donkey Kong: Tipping Stars

March 13-Codename S.T.E.A.M.

March 20-Mario Party 10

March 20-Fossil Fighters: Frontier

April 2-Boxboy

April 8-Pokemon Rumble World

April 10-Xenoblade Chronicles 3D

May 22-Puzzle & Dragons Z+Super Mario Bros. Edition

May 29-Splatoon

2nd half of year-Xenoblade Chronicles X, Yoshi's Woolly World, Mario Maker, Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer, Fatal Frame V, Devil's Third, Star Fox and I'm guessing a few surprises at E3.

Zelda is TBD.

Now I would love to see the excuses for the people that believes NX is 2017/2018.
