Never did in Europe. All Wii U games are cheaper, probably because the Euro is (well, at least was) stronger then the US Dollar, thus most Wii U games not coming from the big Publishers (EA, Activison, Ubisoft, which are very few anyway) come in a price range between 40-50€. For instance, Super Smash Bros Wii U including the Mario Amiibo did only cost me 48€ back then, Hyrule Warriors even just 41€
I thought with the drop of value of the Euro the price would come closer to 60€, but it hasn't happened yet.
