Vanquish was short but it had little cut scenes and a *uckton of action.

I doubt that it would happen a studio would have to pay SEGA for publishing rights for a sequel.
Also Shinji Mikami designed Vanquish not Kamiya and he is now at Tango Games Works.

Why not? If Nintendo's gonna be all first, second, and third party exclusives for this gen, might as well go all in. More the merrier
