Hey gamrConnect, hope you're all doing well!
We've accomplished a lot so far in 2015. We've implemented the updated forum rules, Truck is busy working on site updates, site mergers are upon us, and even ioi is back from the grave!
But we can't stop here. Continued growth is necessary as we continue to move forward, and the Head Mods have also implemented new guidelines for our moderators on what it takes to be a successful and community supporting mods. Based on these guidelines, I have put together 10 questions for you all, the community, to answer.
You will find 10 statements followed by 19 moderator names. For each statement, you have the choice to choose from the following for each moderator: Strongly Disagree, Disagree, Agree, and Strongly Agree.
For example:
This Moderator needs banning.
AxumBlade: Disagree
Smeags: Strongly Agree
TruckOSaurus: Strongly Disagree
Before you begin, a few things:
1. Be honest. Honestly is the best policy, and the more honest the results, the better data we have.
2. Only I see the results. You don't have to worry about reprocussions for answering the questions truthfully. No one's feelings are going to be hurt, and no one's egos are going to be inflated.
3. Try to give an answer for every moderator. I know it can be tough, but do your best to give as much data as you can, even if you may not be 100% on your conclusion. However, if you are truly stuck and/or don't want to vote on a particular moderator for a particular question, you may skip them.
4. Only vote once. This survey, like many things, can be abused by those who work around the system put in place. But please, the only way this can work is if we treat it seriously. Let your one vote be your voice, and you're only hurting the voice of the community if you try and skew the data.
With that said, thanks again for your feedback, time, and honesty. We're very much looking forward to what VGChartz and gamrConnect will bring in the future. And we're very much dedicated to continuing to make this place the best it can possibly be.
