Forums - Nintendo Discussion - SO, what will be the Wii U's Big Holiday/End of Year Game?

Sinze Zelda has been delayed, any thoughts on what game would come out near the Holidays? Do you think that game hasn't been announced yet? Or Will the NX thing be released this year?

In 2013 we had Super Mario 3D World. While last year we had Super Smash.

The muthuffaka link collection.

A remastered with all Zelda games, released on 20 November 2015.

I don't know really. XCX, Animal Crossing, Mario Maker. Could be anything at this point.

Animal Crossing or Pokken have chances

I would laugh my ass off if that came to be true.

I've been thinking about this ever since I heard the announcement. I'm curious to know.

NX isn't even being formally announced until next year.

Anyway, Star Fox will probably be November now. I would assume it would have been October, with Zelda obviously being in November, but it looks as if they can just push Star Fox back a month and still be right about it coming out first. There will most likely be at least one currently unknown game announced at this year's E3 that will come out in November or December as well.

Said it many times before -- it will be an Amiibo Universe type title ... a full hub Amiibo game. IMO it will be for both the Wii U and 3DS too and will expand over time to include other IP.

Amiibo is a hit, it's not going to keep selling though if it just has half assed side functionality in a handful of games.

Things like that Kirby game and Mario Party are selling like crap too ... they need some new central Amiibo title.

I very much doubt they have an ace up their sleeves considering how candid they have been with announcing titles this gen. Star Fox if that comes out this year. Where is the footage? If not that...Yarn Yoshi. Let that sink in.
