I reckon it's possible for a Halo 5 to sell to 60 -70 % of the Xbox One install base when you consider that the first game was selling at launch to 50 % of Xbox Owners .And this increased with Halo 2.

I can't see Uncharted selling to more then 30 % of the install base of PS4 , i would be surprised.

Also Halo is a game people track down later in a games cycle ,some one who buys a XBOX one in three years will probably want to get Halo 5 play it before playing Halo 6 or 7.

Anyone buying a PS4 in three years will look over Uncharted 4 . Halo is a long term seller ,it has legs

So you think Halo 5 will do better than ANY other Halo ever? 7 million in one week? Now THAT is a bold prediction! As for teh rest of your post meh some stuff I can agree with other things I think are just a tad bit out there and have close to 0 probability of happening.

And putting aside all biases, I think that, generally speaking, most people are underestimating Halo 5 and overestimating Uncharted 4, solely based on the X1 + PS4 battle, forgetting that a battle of games is one thing, while a battle of systems is another.

I applaud you for making a prediction like this, so many people are going against you(in a bad way) because of this. With that said I think this might be possible people are underestimating Halo like how they underestimated Man-bear-pigs Halo 4 sales. If you are correct you be there with MBP and Toastboy as greatest predictors of Vgchartz.

I certainly believe Halo 5 will sell more than Uncharted 4, but I don't know if the xb1 will have the install base to cover the op's prediction without a crazy attach ratio.

Not an unreasonable prediction, but i can't see it happening. Assuming Halo 5 manages to match the 7m 'first year' sales of its predecessors on the 360, Uncharted would have to see almost no growth from UC3 to come under that LT (which would be odd, considering how much better a situation it's in).

Bold prediction; I'll give you that. Two things I want to point out:
1.The interest for UC4 seems a lot higher than it was for its predecessors.
2.Halo 3 sold quite well in its first year with a low install base.
Despite that, I don't see it happening

I think Halo 5 will sell more lifetime, but I dont think it will sell more in 1 year than lifetime for Uncharted 4.

I'm sort of torn, Halo is a title that's been known to make breaking numbers at times. However the comparaison on install base is just to big to see this actually happening. Regardless I'm certain Halo 5 will outsell Uncharted 4 in the long run by quite a lot.
