OoT is still the game most widely considered to be the greatest of all time in most annual GOAT game countdowns. Obviously opinions differ and you might think it has already been surpassed, but the question is - when do you think a game will come along that will surpass OoT as far as being more widely considered as the greatest game ever?

The term "greatest of all time" is a relative term that has no definitive answer because everyone has different criteria on what they think is "great" and the general consensus of opinion does not equal fact. So it not a logical or even a useful question to ask in the first place.

It definitely could, but I highly doubt it would, at least, anytime soon.

Though I'm sure the future generations would not think highly of this game and would just say Minecraft is Game of all time :/

It probably won't... a lot of it is based on the time it was released and now nostalgia. If ocarina of time was released as a completely new game in 2015 (with 2015 level graphics) that no one had never heard of it wouldn't get a metacritic above 90. I'm not saying it's a bad game, games just age like everything else. Lots of people have very fond memories of Ocarina of Time and it already has a stellar reputation but it's definitely not nearly as perfect as people say even if blinded by fond memories.

For the time it was absolutely incredible.

Relative to the time of its release? Without another 2D to 3D type jump (opening the food gates for new gameplay ideas), probably not. Relative to the present? I'd say it's already been surpassed a hundred times over.
