MS:
Halo: 343i are a very capable studio, but they are no Bungie. Also, long running series, franchise fatigue, meta already on downwards trajectory, last meta 87
Gears: Will be made by a new studio, and again, meta already creeping down throughout main series (94-93-91)
Forza: Think this is the most likely series to spoil my prediction, but again would not be surprised if it was in the mid to high 80s instead of 90s this gen
Sony:
Uncharted: Last game receieved 92 metacritic, but I don't think more open levels, and better animations and A.I will be enough to stop this entry from falling below 90. Reviewers will be much less impressed by the series' trademark spectacle and set pieces. And from what we are hearing, this will be the last in the series, which increases the odds the franchise won't see another 90+ score.
God of War: Meta score creeping down (94-93-92) for main series. Time period would definitely have to change in my opinion for game to possibly see another 90+ score. Otherwise it just won't be fresh enough.
Gran Turismo: Last two entries have been mid and low 80s. Nothing would suggest an upward trend at this stage, given how far apart releases are and how slow the series has been to react to changing expectations.
Realise this isn't that bold a prediction, but interested to hear what others think. The reasons above and the generally harsher reviews games deemed similar to last gen offerings have been receiving makes me think there is a good chance this prediction may turn out correct.

You're a brave man to be predicting an annualised franchise (Forza) won't get at least one game into the 90s this gen. I think when Turn 10 gets to fully focus on Xb one, instead of making cross gen games, they will produce a 90+ game.
I think Uncharted all depends on how any gameplay elements evocative of Tomb Raider 2013 are received by critics. If critics look at it as Naughty dog laking in original thinking and just copying CD then the game might get marked down a bit. However if they see it as, yes games in the same genre should feed off each other's evolutionary steps (there are shades of Uncharted in TR 2013 after all, and there are shades of Tomb Raider in US1-3), because it leads to cyclical improvements, then if those things are executed will in UC4 the game will be credited for using its inspirations well.
God of War 4, if it's just more angry Kratos with I have no idea who is left for him to exact his revenge on, then I can see it falling into the 80s, or even suffering a greater fall than that. Krato's story is done. the conclusion at the end of GoW III was exactly the right way to end Krato's story and to bring him back for events after the end of GoW III is just wrong, and lacks artistic integrity. I've always advocated for Krato's final romp with Aphrodite to have lead to son / daughter of Kratos, and for Athena to be sufficiently pissed at Kratos for what happened at the end of GoW III to make her want to do to Krato's child what she did to Medussa and Arachne. Athena is a vindictive bitch when she feels wronged or slighted, and her plan was all along to manipulate Kratos into getting exactly what she wanted. She was never Krato's true ally among the Olympians. Of course because Athena especially has it in for femal "rivals" Krato's child should be a girl. My proposal has always been to use the Io/Isis connection to pit the Egyptian gods against one another as they ally themselves either with Athena or with the daughter of Kratos who is Io/Isis.
