Sadly, it doesnt, I have a modded ps2, thats how I get it, u dont really need to know japanese to play it, its very simple

More than 20, lets see:

Naruto: Naruto, Sasuke, Sakura, Gaara, Lee, Kakashi

One peice: Luffy, Chopper, Sanji, Zoro, ussop(sp?), Nami.

DBZ: Goku, Vegeta, teen gohan, Trunks(sword), Frieza, Cell, Majin Buu, Piccolo

 Yep, 20.

Naruto characters can jump in the walls(like a wallride Idk), DBZ ones can Fly, and I still dont get what OP ones can do.
