Nope, just nope. Noctowl sucks all around, the other birds Especially starly are way more useful. How many people choose noctowl over pidgeot in gen 2? Noctowl was weak, even when the physical special split helped him out, still weak. Can't help but rank him low against the rest.

I used him over Pidgeot. Stat wise he's better than Taillow, but were you really thinking about stats 15 years ago? I sincerely doubt that you were. Especially since there was no internet to look them up on. : P

I really like the design personally, and especially for the first couple of gens, that's what people are voting on. I'm just really surprised people hate it because I thought Noctowl was the coolest evolution of all these birds.

Maybe. I was just really surprised.
