Isnt that really a problem all 3 consoles have at the moment though...?

Pretty much but the wii u doesn't have multiplats to prop it up.

True. With all three consoles you cant lose. Wii U will make the hattrick for me this gen.

smash, mario kart, bayonetta, pikmin 3, wonderful 101 (so under rated!), mario 3d world. Those are all fantastic games.
I wanna be pumped for star fox, but i'm pretty sure i won't be into it. I like the characters and setting, but i'm not a fan of on rail shooters any more.
Words cannot describe how pumped for zelda i am. I would actually be pretty happy if i didn't see anything else about the game and just got to experience EVERYTHING else about this game for the 1st time in my playthrough.
Xeno is really wowing me with it's landscapes and majestic yet dangerous wild life.
Splatoon looks like it's going to be waaaaay more fun than it should be!
Lastly, Devils third has an appeal to it i think many will have missed. I think the hybrid combat system is going to really engaging. The online looks absurd in a good way. And although i think the character design for the protagonist is very poor, i think the enemies are going to be extremely entertaining. I have a feeling the structure for bosses fights is going to be very much like an anime, or a metal gear solid.
As far as features go the best thing about nintendo consoles is always ip, but i can't wait to see miiverse reaction and interactions about all the titles coming out this year. :)

Hopefully they make Star Fox freerer than normal instead of enclosed like 64 was. I loved doing barrel rolls and the heart stopping moments of shooting at people. Its about time they changed the way we play Star Fox, but primarily keep it as a flight game. If anyone has the ability to switch things up and make it unique its Nintendo.

Bayonetta 2 and Donkey Kong Country Tropical Freeze are my current favourites.

I like the system for its controller options, small size, quiet running, elegant look, and of course its library.

Well it has just as many great exclusives as the other two has great multiplats and exclusives imo...

I agree with you. I think this gen has yet to kick on for all consoles, and I think this year for wii u and next year for ps4one we will finally see them becoming the stars.

I'm just thinking that for wii u, without multiplats, it really needed the killer games earlier.

This gen is starting for Sony and Microsoft. Nintendo seems like they are getting close to cutting the chord and unveiling a new console. They should wait until 2018, but they might just launch the new console in 2017. 5-6 years is their usual console cycle time.

Well it really depends what they want their next console to do. If they want a console to compete with x2 and ps5 I feel they should we should wai.  If its

going to be something weird again they could probably get away with releasing sooner. I think the nx is the next handheld though but we'll see. Definitely interesting times ahead for them. I don't envy Iwata.

Nintendo is gunning for the key multiplats. If they cannot get the multiplats they cannot increase their marketshare without a miracle like the Wii happening. They tried to get the mulitplats to come their way this gen, but lost their deals with EA and other companies. The fact that the never heeded the calls for better hardware back in 2011 sealed the deal. They jumped the gun on the Wii U as far as power was concerned, but were too late to be considered novel even though they had been investing in tablet tech before they became a thing. Nintendo would be wise to squeeze as much time out of the Wii U as possible, but they wont. I just feel it. At E3 they are most likely going to reveal the prototype for their new console. The leaks have been filling the internet. Nintendo usually unvels their console two years before they release it. First year is the reveal, second year they show the hardware and eventually sell it.

I left my WiiU behind when I moved to Egypt! The only thing I miss about the UK is my bloody WiiU! *cries*

Fear not, beloved WiiU, I'll be back for you... Someday...

Donkey Kong Country tropical freeze is not eveno n the poll? :/ thats my fave Wii U game, because its awsome lol, and i love my Wii U , because of all the great games and all the great games coming out to it, and its miiverse, and just kinda cozy feeling. Also Wii U eshop is excellent, so many great old NES and SNES Games, oh and it also has backward compability with the Wii
