Who knows? XBO's highest ranked game on amazon.jp FF Type-0 is ranked 488th right now, PS4 version is 8th.

To sell a game for a demo they would have to drop the price by 80% at least. I see Type 0 sold over 800K in japan on PSP, which means well over 1 million people would have played it, which means not very many FF fans in Japan who didn't play it on PSP. So it's only the "by every FF game ever released, including remakes" uber FF fans who will buy this game for PS4.

Based on 1 month old VGChartz info I'd guess MCC. If there's one reason to get a Xb one in Japan it's if you are a Japanese Halo fan. There seems to be no other reason to buy a Xb one in Japan until something exclusive comes along that appeals directly to Japanese gamers.

Honestly if SE release Type-0 for Vita the sales would've been better. Japan favors more handheld games more than consoles. Even Asian region mostly prefer handhelds more.......at least my country does from my anecdotal view.
Gosh i'm still piss off at SE for their action on Vita fans last year.
Another week of absolute domination by the PlayStation Family. Wonder how long it will be before they own 75% of the chart on a consistant bases? Morpheus, Price Drops, and a continued expansion or PS Now and Remote Play, make things look very bright for PS4 and PS Vita in Japan. Hopefully Sony releases a PS Phone or 4G Vita soon, to make this thing get even crazier.
