I have a ps4 and i did not buy the console to play games I already have on PS360. I guess I personally feel enough is enough with all these remasters.

Also I am pretty sure every remaster you listed had hate. I think the biggest issue though is at the rate that the remasters are being announced with not much new on the horizon makes you wonder how many more remasters to come of last gen games. I almsot wish they remastered some PS1 games.

This gen feels like dejavu and that we been short changed. Is it so unreasonable to ask for new games on a new console you paid money for?

You're saying that as if it has no new games.

The problem is that i have a PS3 and there isn't too many new things in close future with hard dates for me on the PS4.

It feels as cheap milking and a gap filler, at the same time. If at least it were a PS2 or even PSP game.

Well yes I am. there is new games but hardly any. ATM it feels liek we getting mroe cross gen games and remasters than new games exclusive to this gen.

The cross-gen games can be considered new if they release along with the last-gen versions. And some of them are awesome like Far Cry 4. Others like Battlefield 4 are barely playable on last-gen consoles, and there have been many current-gen exclusives too. The entire library counts, not only exclusives.

Even if we talk about current-gen games, there are far more games than hardly any. You should see a list of current-gen only games on PS4.

NO with the game ,the price yes. 30$ no more

well it's another one of those lazy remasters. Trying to get as much money with the least amount of work.
In that case Sony really needs to catch up to Nintendo, MS (yes even with broken online) and some of the third party publishers.
good idea wasted once more.

No way, the only Nintendo remaster on Wii U also includes a single game but at $50. This one is a single game for $40. So tell me, where exactly does Sony have to catch up with Nintendo in terms of remasters? You should thinki before you say something.

and you should better calm down. No need for an attack like that.

One is a proper remaster with added dynamic light and shadow, reworked textures and gameplay tweaks; the other is a 1:1 port from the PS3 with an added photo mode.
1080p and 60FPS aren't exactly game features. That's hardware dependant.

So is The Legend Of Zelda: Wind Waker HD, and all remasters. And I'm sure God Of War III: Remastered will have much better textures and improved lighting, those were some of the things improved in The Last Of Us: Remastered, even if they weren't explicitly stated.

Oh and as I said, its $10 cheaper too.

No you don't seem to understand. Those "features" (1080p and 60FPS) are PURELY hardware dependant. There's no real work involved here. It's just a small change in the settings of the game. Run in 1080p and lock the framerate at 60FPS.

As for GoW3 Remaster they've already made comparison shots from the trailer. Absolutely no change in lighting and the textures seem to have minimal improvement at best but it could also very well be that the PS4 version is a bit darker mixed with a higher contrast.
It's pretty much exactly like 90% of their remasters. Zero effort involved. Just look at all the "... Collection" (also many third party efforts included here) in the PS3 library. I own the GoW Collection. It's the same as the PS2 games. Just upscaled and 60FPS. If all PS3 were backwards compatible, I'd much rather bought the PS2 versions.

I love GoW3 but I wouldn't pay $40 for the same exact game just upscaled to 1080p (and 60FPS).
