Wii U owner, but I still have my Wii games and use them.
My sister and her kids (I got it for them, and I'm glad to see they prefer playing on it over a tablet), as well as a few people I'm acquainted with.
I now use a WiiU for my Wii needs. We're running a little low on Wiimotes and Nunchucks between me and my sis, gotta get some more.
Mines still hooked up, but I mainly use it for my Gamecube games and Brawl since I prefer using the Gamecube controller.

Yup, I'm actually midway through replaying World at War.
Great little machine, it's like a loyal old dog that's not as fast or as active as he used to be, but still fun to play with.

You can keep the Miis and Saves tough (not the digital games). Copy them (saves and Miis) on a SD-card, remove it and use another for transfer (I think a SD is used for transfer), make the transfer and afterwards copy back your savegames and Miis on the Wii. Now you have them on both, WiiU and Wii.
Yeah, I still use it. I feel bad neglecting the lil guy since I can play almost all his game on his big bro`s. He`s like my GC machine now.
Dance my pretties!

Yep, still use mine. I am trying to get through my unplayed games before I move on.

i put it in storage because i use wii mode on my wii u. I'm hoping to get through a couple wii games i haven't played yet this year. Pandoras tower, and fragile dreams.
The ONLY use that the Wii has is to be a dust collector ... or to play superior GAMECUBE games.

Okay, yeah maybe I'll look into it then. I don't really have any digital games on Wii anyway, only SMB .
