You do not think that the USA would use Domination if given the chance? Also what about Science? The USA is way up there in everything scientific lol

The USA is the most recent country to have had the opportunity to win a domination victory (around the fall of the Soviets).

Obviously, they weren't interested in it at all. Thank god.

lol, play Civ V on Deity and win and then talk! 

 

But seriously the harder difficulties on Civ 5 are bull. The Smart AI mod makes it more fun

@I: Haven't tried it (I don't play Civ5 allot). What changes to the AI does it make?

Is one of the best strategy games ever. I agree with you that it is not very "hardcore" but its fun, easy to get into, and makes you think
